About this game

In chess, a winning game starts with the very first move. It doesn't matter how creative you may be in the middle game or endgame if you lose the opening. Your goal while playing the opening should be to reach a familiar and comfortable position.

This app will help you define a complete chess opening plan and will train you to execute it. It will also allow you to define mid-games or end games if you also want to train on these aspects of the game. The app uses an proven memorizing technique called "spaced repetition" which is probably be the most powerful technique in existence for improving your brain's ability to recall what you study. It continuously identifies moves that give you more challenge and helps you to improve by using an effective pattern of repetitions. The perfect execution of the plan you have prepared will give you an advantage against any opponent, even more so when it comes to timed games.

The concept is very simple: you select and enter only one move for your own color (your best move) and then you enter all possible opponent's moves in response to your move.

This would've been perfect if you could save more than 3 openings, but no this entire app is just a demo and an ad for the non free version, no reason to download this, it's better to just download a free chess prep app without the training feature.

I downloaded it and was amazed at how good the app was, just what i had been looking for. But then after you enter 3 openings it says that you must purchase the pro version which is 8€. The free version is virtually useless unless you want to try it out as like a demo or something. The app's sole use is to store and train openings which you cant do after entering three openings.

You are right, even if many users use it on a regular basis to learn their favorite openings, the free app is a much more demo in order to get an idea of the app before purchasing the pro version. Thank you for your feedback!

I was complaining that there's no way to train from a desired variation starting from say move 8. Your solution by setting the INTERVAL doesn't work because there are many trees that lead to different move 8 positions. The only way is to navigate first to the desired position then train. Sadly your app doesn't allow that.

If you wanna train from a specific position, you can always create a new opening by adding the associated FEN as the initial position. Hope this helps!
