Ratings and reviews

The app worked when I first downloaded it. Unfortunately, now, every time I try to log in, an error occurs, and I can not log in. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing the app but still get the error and can not log in. I really like using this app, but now I'm just really frustrated and disappointed. If there is a reoccurring problem that a significant number of users are experiencing, it would be extremely helpful & beneficial to fix the problem as well as admitting there is a problem.

Edit: now it won't even reload my account, indicating an unexpected error occurred. Good concept, garbage followthrough. I log in and it loads with all my stats but anytime I try to do something interactive (follow or unfollow someone) it tells me I have to log in again. No matter how many times I do it, it never let's me do it. It's a nifty tool for stats but otherwise doesn't work.

I like the features available in the free version. However, I paid for the upgraded version and the data doesn't load for the paid features, just the free ones, so it was a waste of money. After adding the free version, my Instagram was compromised and locked as well, so I had to reset it. I would not recommend the paid version, but would recommend the free features. Edit: Beaker apps did reach out about this problem but never remedied it or offered a refund. Thoroughly disappointed.
