After over a year, all of a sudden it won't let me log in. It keeps saying the username or password may be incorrect. I know for sure the password and user name are correct!!! I can't find any trouble shooting on this issue at all.

This was due to your account being locked. When your account locks (3 invalid attempts), the mobile app just states invalid login. We will have an update shortly that will provide a better message stating your account is locked out. Your HR can unlock your account. Please ask them to do so.

My company provides daily pay. Lately the hosted app has not been clocking our hours when clocking in and out which messes up the daily pay. When we first started using this app our hours were logged in and out immediately for some reason the past few weeks when we clock out it doesn't load or show up immediately so then it messes up the daily pay that were suppose to be able to use. Please fix this. It worked just fine a few weeks ago

Why am I suddenly not able to login? Update 02/27/23 - still not able to login and see my hours, says it's due to too many incorrect attempts- but that's not true. ID and Password has been the same for months and all of a sudden it locks me out and says that the password is incorrect. Still waiting for the developer to correct this issue, instead of saying to just go to HR :))
