never write reviews. But I had to about this company and their predatory practices. I wish I could review this company even lower. One star is way to high for them. Whomever needs to hear this. Dont just walk but RUN Away from using this company. They don't return calls or text messages takes them hours some times even days to respond. They continue allowing people to put applications in on property's that they are completely aware they can't get just to get the fees.

Horrible Co. Over charging on literally everything. Horrible service. And when I wanted to fire them, they charged me additional 75% of the monthly rent "because it's in the contract" quoting them. They're reps keep changing. They do not respond to emails for days on end. The absolutely worst management Co I have ever dealt with. Your best deal is to stay away!
