it won't open and I uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, I need to do my homework but my computer is dead and it won't charge the right way and the app won't open or even load

The textbooks are great. The tools work well and the textbooks are shown clearly. The problem is the assignments. I can not access the assignments my teacher puts on Big Ideas. The app never shows me my assignments or any other option. The app only provides the textbook we use in both Spanish and english.

app crashes regularly and requires uninstalling and reinstalling. this happens to my students all the time. it's rather infuriating. I'm definitely not a student who doesn't want to do HW but I am a frustrated teacher.
