it's very confusing, there's no tutorial to help you figure it out, customer service is terrible. whenever I submit a request it's takes about 8 hours to get a reply, sometimes there is no reply at all. when I do get a reply it's very seldomly helpful. when trying to figure out how much you gained/lost in total on a trade you have to do all the math yourself. not sure why there isn't something on here to help you figure it out. overall pretty terrible app, would not recommend

Wouldn't let me buy Dogecoin when it was rising monumentally for some unknown reason I haven't been able to figure out yet... Finally figured out a work around after losing out on what could've been massive profits... Also, there's no way to exchange between coins on here that I've been able to find/figure out. If I'm wrong, that's good cuz you should be able to do that but even if I just haven't been able to figure it out, something like that, if it exists, shouldn't be so hard to figure out.

I havent had issues with the functionality like a lot of people. My biggest problem is I have to log in almost every time I use it and since the requirements for the password are so ridiculous, I dont have it memorized, so I have to go find my password and by that point, I might as well check online. Also, you would think they would automatically put the crypto you've bought in your "interest" area, but by default, its the top coins. You have to manually add the others if you want to see them
