With this new application, you will be able to see all the news of the bank, the location of all our agencies and ATMs, the information of the contact channels, links of your interest, frequently asked questions, among others.

In addition, once you log in, you can perform the following operations and transactions:
-Consult of balances, movements and details of your products.
-Transfers between own BISA accounts, to third party accounts in Banco BISA, to accounts of Other Banks, abroad, Cash advance from your credit card, issuance of money order to the interior, issuance of mobile money order.
-Payment of own BISA credit card, payment of own BISA loan, payment of services: Basic, Insurance, AFP, Education, Taxes, Telephony, Cable TV, PagosNet Travel, Collections
-QR Payments and Collections
-Enabling your debit card for use abroad
-Activation of your debit card for online purchases
-Lock / Unlock debit and credit card
-Other settings such as: selection of display language, activation of Fingerprint ID service, activation of My Bank service at hand, activation of silent authentication service, selection of the default application to show directions on how to get to a specific point of interest.

Ratings and reviews

Awful experience, so laggy and it asks you so many times for a confirmation, I mean, it's ok if it's for security reasons but it takes way too long to get the token, and the app itself takes too much time to load, I would rather go online and use the desktop version

Too long to process transactions

The fingertip option provides an easier way to view your balances. The QR payment option took me a little bit to figure out but the app has improved a lot.
