Why even bother with this when busses show up on the wrong route? Repeatedly waiting for a bus that turns out to be on a different route than the app says it is and doesn't go where you're trying to get to is frustrating, and it just keeps happening. The feedback option in the settings asks to share a file instead of giving a text box to type into. The circles indicating where a stop is don't always show... Seriously, this app/system needs some work.

Bus timings and visibility are innaccurate. Very unreliable. And frankly, app design and function are archaic, and in need of major redesign. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I really want to give a zero star about this app. Bus route doesn't change when the real situation changed. Bus delay doesn't show on the map. Don't report the real time tracking which made me have to wait about one hour to get next bus during the night.
