I tried Burger Lab for the second time, hoping for a better experience after my first order. Unfortunately, it was disappointing again. The first time the burger tasted fine but arrived completely cold. This time, despite clearly mentioning on the call and in the remarks to send it fresh and hot, I still received a cold, burnt, and stale burger. Extremely disheartened. I ordered through the app and it was a good experience but I was surprised when I opened the order at home , they charged extra for sauce and cheese but were not added in the burgers .
