I am beyond disappointed with this company. I ordered a ring for my wife well in advance of our anniversary, expecting it to arrive within the promised 7-10 business days. It also missed our anniversary entirely, which was incredibly frustrating and upsetting. Despite my multiple attempts to contact customer service for an update, I received nothing but generic responses and empty promises. Mobile app as well as mobile website of Bluestone has technical glitch. While ordering when we try on un-check "Billing Address is same as Shipping Address", the check-box remains checked however the Billing Address form opens up and we mention our Billing Address. However, final invoice is not having the mentioned Billing Address.

I'm happy with the design and 10+1 works for me... I understand that the end product is based on the final weight of the product. I would have scored Bluestone 4 stars. Only becoz of 3 things I don't like and appreciate giving a worst rating is : 1) Using Bluedart. 2) Cannot deliver the product even by 3 days prior to the est. delivery date. 3) Making changes too high.
