I originally rated this app 4 stars in 2022, hoping they would have made significant improvements by then. But I'm now updating it to 3 stars due to how limited the functionality still is - no expense tracker, can't search transactions, can't use biometric to confirm transfers (requires password again). It's just not keeping up with other finance and banking app features, which is disappointing. Overall we appreciate this bank though, fwiw.

Works wonderfully, but be careful when using multiple phones with the app. There is an issue with logging back in to your account on either phone once you attempt to log in on a new phone, which is a nice security feature but keep that in mind.

Constantly locks me out and wont let me log back in because of "validation issues". Ive had to call and unlock my mobile banking 4 times and will have to again tomorrow morning, I seriously recommend any other bank just due to this mobile banking app problem that has been ongoing for over a year with many other people having the same problem.
