They just switched to a new photo app for mobile deposits, which doesn't work as well. Also if you use a stamp to endorse, it sometimes doesn't recognize it because it's printed instead of a signature. 5/15/23 UPDATE When the algorithm rejects a check image, the bank is unable to give a reason as to why. This means wasting time adjusting light, background, etc instead of just addressing the problem. Frustrating.

Most of time it doesn't work. When it's working properly, its great. Only problem is with epay. No one explained it comes out same day no matter what date you select. This cost me $35. I have never bounced a check and social security check was pending and cleared next. They tefused to do anything about it. Not very customer service.

I really like this app but some add on could be very useful. Like bill pay instead of having to go to the company you owe being able to pay from the bank app itself.* Well that was a time ago when I wrote that review, now , ... the app crashes all the time and I have to uninstall and reinstall multiple times a month. What's the deal?
