WORST APP EVER! Too many glitches in the app when trying to place an order, which caused significant inaccuracies in the order. The "Delete" button doesn't always work, & items deleted reappeared on my order. While ordering clothes, somehow the sizes got changed & I know exactly what size I put in. Every change I made kept reverting back to incorrect inputs! FRUSTRATING & TERRIBLE APP & THE COMPANY WONT CORRECT THE MISTAKES MADE BY THE APP. NO phone # or email contact info is on the app.

Karen Millen themselves are great. The quality of their products is amazing and you get what you pay for. I have had a few things from them and anything I've had is comfortable and lasts a long time. Only reason for 4 stars is because when shopping on their app, you can't see any images and I can never seem to pay, I always have to go onto their website to pay.

I have bought a colourblock ,white and black ,I have washed once the colour mixed ,not good quality, it's a shame the dress has been quiet expensive, very dissatisfied
