careful when making a paid account, it is an automatic monthly charge and there is not an easy way to cancel on site or app. I had to email customer support to cancel and they somehow could not confirm my subscription and then charged me again. I'm still in a conversation with their support to cancel my paid subscription. I sent the first cancellation email 6 days ago still nothing being done.

Ever since the most recent update, the app crashes when trying to open. Please fix ASAP. Was working perfectly before on my S24 Ultra, so it's not a hardware or software issue.
