Despite my initial review, I continued to play to see if things would change. Actually, it got worse. I even tried a live chat to express my problems, namely betting and having the game freeze, taking my money and needing to go in and out of the games to reset after the money was lost. Also, I watched as I hit a jackpot & after it stopped the last tile, litterally jumped instead of paying. As I initially said. STAY AWAY. Their customer service is non responsive,so you're on your own.

DO NOT INSTALL THS APP!!! This is by far the absolute worst app/casino I have ever tried to use. No issue registering and making a deposit but once you do, you can't play because it wants you to put in a nickname but then doesn't take you to the slot. Tried customer service but waited over an hour and couldn't get even one person to respond. Trying to withdraw money now and even that is proving to be impossible!!!

Was on a winning streak and all of a sudden received an "error message" and to contact customer support. When I did they said my account was "temporarily suspended " and I would get an email why in 24-48hrs. No reason. Just-sorry u can't play anymore OR CASH OUT??!! Very shady. Dont get my started on the live chat they have. Some of the most dense customer support I've ever come across. Definitely uninstalling after my issue is resolved.
