🚀 Getting Started
To use RSM, you’ll need a Keenfinity SSO login—our secure authentication system.
Simply ask your installer or an admin user to invite your email address. Once invited, log in and instantly access all your linked panels.

• Full features require firmware 3.10 or newer

Ratings and reviews

The app is very inconsistent on being able to connect to the panel. Has been worse since the latest update, connects maybe 10% of the time. Gets to initializing the says unable to connect to specified panel. I have a building where I control the doors remotely for renters, vendors and can no longer do that. I have to go on site in person to let them in. My $50k access control system is essentially a brick now.

Terrible app. You have to completely close the app each time you use it or else you get an error and cannot access your alarm system. Most times it simply will not connect, especially when you need to connect. Also, the login is slow due to you having to login with email and passcode. When adding users, I get an error more times than not. For such a well-known company, they should be ashamed to offer such a terrible app. Wish I could give this -5 stars.

After app update on 10/12, the app crashes after entering code to open panel. Confirmed with multiple people using android and iphone. Clearing cache, delete data, uninstall/reinstall app do not work, issue persists. Updare: As of 10/15 it appears the app is now working again, we can enter panel and disarm/arm alarm again. Thank you for correcting quickly.
