this is literally the worst app I've ever had the displeasure of having to use. you have to double check every single time the map location because it sends you to the wrong place 80 percent of the time. how hard is forwarding an address? obviously really hard for these devices. oh and I have to completely reinstall the app at least once a week because updates break it and it won't load at all. Just garbage. do you're employees a favor and stay far away from this garbage.

I've been using this app everyday for probably 2-3 years now & I've had very little problems with it. Also the few times that there have been problems it's very easy to get ahold of someone and they've always been able to fix it or tell me what to do to fix it. People need to understand that all technology has all kinds of issues so expect that but also they need to realize that actually being able to get ahold of someone right away who can help you is valuable. Easiest pest app too! Tried many!

when the app isn't randomly crashing, it's very slow, or you get the "can't connect to our servers at this time" message constantly. It says it can work offline but when I try to do that it crashes as well.
