Not working when you have multiple locations. The drop down menu doesn't work. You need to setup 2-step authentication everything so it never actually set it up. Customer service was not helpful and I told them the app has bugs they kept telling me to reinstall the app. Oh, our doors also incorrectly labeled with spelling mistakes that they can't fix.

We have been a Brivo user for 7 years and heavily rely on the mobile app. The nature of our organization makes it imperative to "Access" various user data, referred to by Brivo as custom fields. We've spent an enormous amount of time entering custom field data which now can't be accessed on the mobile app. Remotely unlocking doors on Android doesn't work but works on iPhone. Paid more this year and got less! For us, this is a terrible change!

We started using this app apprx the 2nd QRT 2022. Considering our purpose for usage, it was a decent app for tracking, that could've received a 4 star. In 2023, it started crashing more. Since the last update earlier this year, it seems to crash less than before. However, for some random reason around the SEP or Oct 2023, the day & time have been out of sync from our video system & the online app via the computer. I figured w/ the 2024 update it would be corrected. NOT! Please fix the bug(s).
