For last Three days tried several times to create user password but couldn't do it. On app prompts minimum t char alphanumeric and website minimum 8 characters alphanumeric. Not taking 6 or 8 character. Very bad app and sympathetic app. Today i.e. just now app got updated and stopped working. Request action.

Very poor service. "No power supply" complaint is getting closed automatically without resolution of problem. Takes upto 24 hours for getting issue resolved.

The app is of no use whatsoever. Everytime I try to lodge a complaint, the app says that the server is busy and it fails to register complaint. The number 19123 is an IVR which half of the times does not understand the issue and says that the CA number is incorrect and disconnects the call abruptly. BRPL is simply not providing service to the customers and has pathetic response
