This is the message that I get when trying to log in to my email now: Sorry we couldn't connect you. If you continue to experience issues, Please contact BT and quote Error Code: TS-0003. Details to Contact BT. The "help" page just gives tips and I go round in circles trying to find out how to fix the problem, with no option to contact anyone. I've been locked out of my account for two days now.

Hi, sorry you can't access your email account. This error is usually associated with a VPN. If you're using one turn it off and you should be able to access your emails ok. If that doesn't resolve the issue give us a call on 0330 1234 150 and our email support team will be happy to help you fix this. Cheers John

App is slow when deleting emails, too much lag really slows down a quick inbox cleanup at the end of each day. Font choice and line spacing needs to be editable as the default is awful if you have a lot to get through. Could be good with some simple functionality improvements. No need to reinvent the wheel here

21/10/08 - The app has started nagging me to update my review: - The worst email client and service I have ever used. Frequent outages, slow requests. - It's 2021 and this email service STILL has no 2FA. - No synchronization between clients unless the user manually refreshes. Regular popups telling you there was an error and you need to refresh. - No push notifications. Enjoy manually opening the app and refreshing to see if you got any new messages. - Spam filter is inadequate. 0/5

What's new

This release has features available to customers to request on, which support tags and the ability to create, update and delete filter rules. There is a fix to issues reported when downloading releases of the mobile clients. The Out of Office “From” date and “To” date is to be 24 hours apart. There are also some fixes to issues when downloading or viewing some attachments and opening hyperlinks in html.
