one of the most expensive and coincidentally terrible apps and services. it doesn't work like you want it to, have up on customers, and now the app doesn't work to log in either. can't wait to switch.

I have to use this app for work and it is god awful. It won't ring 90% of the time and just give me a notification that I missed a call. I have constantly uninstall and redownload it for it to work again. Seriously the worst system and I can't wait for work to phase us out of callrail.
