- Connect directly into your CallRail account, so you can trace every call back to its marketing source.

As far as recording and transcribing calls over VoIP...it does it's job. Reports are descent. But we've had many issues and it takes a long time if ever in some cases to get them resolved. There's some basic functionality and defaults you would think it should have that it doesn't. It has potential but needs more development for sure.

If I could give a zero Star rating I would. We report problems, the tool starts working for a couple of days and then back again. Callrail has not done a good job on keeping up with the carriers and 10DLC mandates so our calls get blocked by the 100's. Wasted effort and missed opportunity $$. Escalating to higher-level support has not solved the issues either. Very disappointed with CallRail, both this app and the PC client. Do not commit to CallRail, very hard to move to another platform later.

Issues all the time. I'll randomly get booted from the app and the only way to get back in is to reset my call rail password because the app won't accept my current password - even though my login credentials are "saved" Overall the call rail system is great but this new app is a royal pain in my butt. Not much better after a few more months of use. App crashes all the time.
