Awful App. You can't look at the coupons until you pick a location, and it is a ten minute process. I am so pissed, I could have gone through anyone else's drive thru and been eating in the time it takes to change stores. Spinning circle of death. If you're not going to test it, roll it back and hire competent people to fix it. It's still spinning as I wrote this review.

I go to Harvey's regularly and so far not once was I able to successfully submit an order. Each time it charged my credit card 4 times and told me there is a problem and to call the restaurant, but the restaurant is unable to help me. Also, there is no support link or contact available to submit an error. Honestly, the whole experience is extremely frustrating.

Terrible user experience this app makes you login every time you want to use it & in order to see any offers you have to look for an address, pick your store, choose pick up or delivery, & last choose drive thru or pick up. all of these steps & half the time the app has problems with putting in payment. Overall a horrible app. only good thing about it is getting cheap food when it worked
