A total flop, it crashes multiple times a day, there is no one to call except 9-4. It's slow, buggy, it dies in the middle of a inspection. Looses data, questionable security, rejects perfect photos one moment then allows ones to go. It's super inconvenient and aggravates your customers who get mad at you when your just trying to help them get their free insurance picture. The wasted time, slow pace costs many Inpections a day making this app a solid 1 minus. It's really badly designed.

One star for lack of no star options. This app is the slowest app the carco group has made in allowing shops to do photo inspections. After the first inspection its crashes and sometimes you take 2 or 3 pictures of the same angle and it still wont accept the photo. After about the 5th time of having it not connect to server enough was enough.

Absolute Garbage! Everytime you try to take and/or submit a pic you get a slow internet connection error and need to submit 2 dozen times! I have 5G with FULL BARS! and still get the message. Go back to the old app, it was so much better! Too bad this is the only way to do these inspections!
