*Update* After emailing the company, they have fixed the issue and the app is working, with no issues. Thank you for fixing the issue. When I first downloaded this app, it worked fine. (This was in January, 2019). Since the last update in April, I have not been able to open the app on my phone which is a Moto Z3. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and restarting my phone to no avail. I like the app, but the bugs need to be fixed asap!

So far it's a waste of time. It says it's compatible with my phone but the app won't open. I uninstalled and reinstalled, then restarted. Still won't open. At least I can see Smile on my reliable desktop computer, but this app won't work. I contacted company and so far response has been to check with facility. I am set up correctly. I have emailed them again. Carextech needs to fix the app.

Piece of garbage app! Every time I log in it tells me it's the wrong password. I reset the password, login and the next time it tells me it's the wrong password again. I've been in IT security for 20 years, I know how to manage passwords. What a complete waste of time and so frustrating when I'm trying to monitor my Mom's status.
