Unable to register

Tengo un inconveniente con el registro para la tarjeta mi Carrefour. La app me arroja que el usuario ya existe y no me deja hacer más nada. La app no tiene una opción de iniciar sesión con una cuenta existente. Directamente obliga a escanear al DNI para crear una cuenta. Lo cual ya hice varias veces y termina de la misma forma. La app fue desinstalada varias veces y el proceso ya se hizo en diferentes teléfonos y sigue sucediendo lo mismo. No dan solución alguna.
