About this app

This program can solve such tasks as: shaft, beam, slab, wall-beam. All tasks are solved in several stages. At the beginning, the user adjusts the general parameters of the task in the properties window: length, material, step of splitting the grid of finite elements, etc. After that, the user enters the diagram window, where he applies forces and supports to the structure (except for the shaft – there, instead of supports, the cross section of individual segments is adjusted). As a result, after the calculation, the user gets to the results window, where deformations and forces arising in the structure (inherent in the selected task) are displayed.

The application tries to be easy to work with. Unfortunately, this limits the range of all numeric values (length, height, applied force values, etc.) due to the lack of user scaling functionality for graphic elements in the device window, as well as due to the author's desire to replace all text fields with simpler switches in the properties window.

In tasks where supports can be placed, the application checks the structure for geometric immutability before performing the calculation. In this way, it trains the user to create stable systems.

Please do not use this program for engineering calculations! The materials in the application have only the characteristics of the modulus of elasticity, and have no limits to their bearing capacity.

This program is free, contains no ads and does not require an Internet connection to work with it.
