Very disappointing experience with them. I m talked with customer support agent 3 time only for cancellation the application which one i m start via the app... first time he said raised your request to concern team maximum need 2 days will complete your request but still not complete my request. overall services is very disappointed. let see when complete my request after I will delete account permanently... I have to give 1 star rating because not have option to give zero 0.....

Honestly a very very bad experiance, previously I had a credit card with them, then I canceled it. 2 weeks ago I requested to reactivate the card, however they sent a form to be filled in ordrer to reactivate the card, I filled it as requested and sent it back. After following up with them via email, their replies was useless, keep saying it is under process. Pour operations and lack of management, hense, I decided to cancel the reactivation request and move to another credit card issuer.

this app suddenly not working amd we dont get an update or notification why thisnis happening!!!!
