Welcome to "ION - Insight. Onsite. Now", your digital field inspection assistant. ION is process as well as a standalone smart phone app that can reduce your overall claims handling time by several days, increase consistency in reporting, and allow you greater control over your claims process. ION works with a team of two – your adjuster inspecting in the field and your estimator at the desk.

ION walks the field adjuster through the inspection, capturing ALL the necessary information you need to make a coverage decision. Required fields within the app increase consistency in reporting by ensuring that important data points are never missed.

With ION, field adjusters return vital claim information and documents as soon as their inspection is complete. This includes labeled photos of the risk, roof and interior sketches, scope sheets of damaged areas, the full questionnaire completed by the field adjuster (including recommended reserves), and an auto-generated narrative report that matches your existing templates.

With the inspection information in hand, your estimators now stand ready to create the estimate and finalize the rest of the file.

What’s new

Transfer Forms Between Your Devices
- Need to switch devices while working on a form? The Transfer feature now includes a "Myself" option. This moves your in-progress form to the cloud so you can pick it up and continue working from any of your other mobile devices.
- This also gives supervisors and managers visibility into work as it progresses through the Administration portal. They can review completed sections, view captured photos and data, and monitor how workflows are advancing.
