Can't log in or doing any types of transaction because it keeps rejecting the password

The App feels very outdated and not user friendly... not very much things can do in the app... the transaction procedure are not so smooth most of the time... QR scanner is functioning really bad... hope to get more efficient upgrade in the future...

TAC is a must for any transaction, even a small one, TAC received 5 minutes after request. Can't do duitnow. Bad policy of wrong password issues. Sometimes can't do any transfer. Just imagine the worst kind of banking apps, it's here. No clear distinction of IBG and instant transfer, just pray before any transfer. I'm crying 😭 Good luck!
