Cenlar Mobile™ , a convenient and secure way to manage your home loan right from your phone. Easily make a payment, check account balance, see when taxes were paid, view a statement or sign up for automatic payments. The new app has functionality similar to the website. Use our calculators to determine how to save interest and pay off your mortgage sooner.

What you can do on Cenlar Mobile™ :
• Stay current on your mortgage details and outstanding balance
• Make a payment and view payment status
• Enroll in AutoPay and view scheduled payments on your mortgage
• Calculate changes to PMI based on projected changes to your loan
• View details on escrow, taxes and insurance
• Calculate the impact of making additional payments on interest cost savings and earlier loan pay off
• View the Learning Center to see frequently asked topics and questions

How to access:
• Complete the secure registration on Cenlar Mobile™ if you have not previously registered on our app or website
• Use thumbprint or facial recognition for subsequent login

After making an accidental double payment and requesting a refund on the manual payment, not the automatic payment, they refunded both, and I didn't realize. Since they did that with no notification and no warning that both payments got refunded, I was "a month late" on my loan back in August. Even though all of my payments up until that point were current and on time, I'm not getting screwed over with my credit because of this and they refuse to help when it was their actions that caused it.

App once logged in is great, comparable to website view if I login.. It loses three stars because the app specific functionality of logging in is chaos. You can't paste passwords so if you actually have a long secure password you're stuck typing it. Not on the website version. They just want you to have weak passwords I guess. After a while even if you do login and allow fingerprints it will periodically wipe that and you're stuck logging in manually again. So I don't use it.

For 9/1/2022 payment, the app first requested that I change my password and couldn't move forward. After doing so consistently 3 times (changing my password) I still couldn't go forward with my payment. 3 times , I would got this message, "An error has occured, please try again later". I some how though calling the help no., was able to make the payment, although the app hasn't acknowledged it, stating, I'm past due. I am very concerned, and disappointed. I never had this happen. Please advise.
