Site has incredible support. Even though Changelly is incredibly easy to use, Digital Assets can be confusing to some, especially newbies, this is why support is sooo important. I have done many transaction & once forget to add my "tag" number, Changelly was able to recover my funds & place the funds in my account within the hour of losing it. I cannot tell you the stress that I would have had, had it not been for their incredible support!

Speaking as an absolute novice, I've been using Changelly for about a year. It has given me 0 (ZERO) problems of any kind. The staff has been first rate. The ONE time I did contact them had to do with 2FA and not the app itself. I felt compelled to give credit where credit is due. Given the subject, caution is always necessary when trusting your funds. I feel very comfortable recommending Changelly. Well done guys!

They Lowball the exchange rate...end up losing a significant amount on your purhase... for example, I bought $200 in Litcoin and had $5.00 taken out for fees, which is expected-- high, but within range. However, when they give you the amount of Litcoin that you'll be buying, the amount is 11% lower than what the exchange rate is going at for the current moment. A few % points is maybe understandable, but 11%. It's robbery.
