Main functions
■ Chat
Since you can send and receive documents, photos, and videos, you can centralize communication with the owner and realize smooth communication. Achieves prompt information transmission from the management company and eliminates the anxiety of the owner.
■ Workflow
After obtaining approval from multiple positions within the management company, the workflow function that sends information to the owner improves work efficiency. No need to communicate verbally or in writing.
■ Document storage
Documents such as various statements, quotations, and inspection reports can be attached to the message from the management company and sent to the owner.
In addition, the documents are automatically divided into folders and saved for each property and document type, so you can easily review the documents at any time.
■ Electronic contract (option)
We support a wide range of contract documents and practical documents such as lease contracts, renewal contracts, letters of comfort / memorandums, and receipts.
Since it is an electronic contract, there is no need for stamps or mailing work. A written request for stamping will be sent directly to the other party's email address.
