This app is great for getting coveted parking right in the Garden Garage. I would rather buy parking then spend $10 for 2 all day max from downtown plus parking and time. This app has made it super convenient to guarantee a parking spot. Recent addition of a shade notification when I arrive makes it easier to get to my app and event on the phone. The Customer Service is outstanding, anybtome i have had a problem (very few) I contacted them and got quick responses and solutions immediately.

It is ok. Almost impossible to transfer a pass the day of a game. App makes you turn on location before you can do anything. Then, it will find the location and automatically authorize the pass. Then, I can't transfer the pass anymore. Please change the app to not require location to be on to transfer passes so I can transfer a pass without it being authorized first. Thanks!

Apparently, they don't have the money to hire developers for maintenance because their app doesn't work. It just sits on the load screen, even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app. You only got my business because your prices are less than the city. SMH. Side note: as I was fighting with the app, their parking attendant pulled up and parked in a HANDICAPPED SPOT instead of the SEVERAL OTHER OPEN SPOTS to go about checking the lot. Just piss poor all the way around...
