A good initiative no doubt. But it needs more improvement. Whenver I opem my camera to take photos of NID the app gets stopped. Then I have to reopen the app, go through the same process and this happens again. Please improve as fast as possible. It will be great to easily open an account from just following some short steps. I think most of the customers are very much interested.

I can never get passed the NID upload stage. The app is always crashing aftet I take the back side picture. At first I thought, it could be due to some network issue but after multiple attempts on multiple occassions the issue still prevails. Was excited to hear about the app to open a bank account, but now it all seems to be a marketing gimmick. Shame.

Your app is a colossal failure. Despite entering all necessary details, it consistently responds with a frustrating "Please try again later" message. This lack of functionality, coupled with a complete absence of error specifics or resolution timelines, is unacceptable. Users expect seamless technology, not an infuriating experience. Your app not only falls short but actively works against its purported purpose. It's time to address these issues promptly.
