Ratings and reviews

The 2 stars are for the faster rides but the business model is not at all flexible. The rides are very much expensive. When you buy monthly pass and due to any reason If you cancel the ride and get the refund in wallet you won't be able to use the refunded amount to book a ride with the same amount again. These policies and validations just doesn't make me happy. Long story short kudos to the drivers but worst app policies.

Personally I've had experiences where the bus has completely skipped the stop I was supposed to board at or just driven past it without halting which has led to me chasing the bus down; for the price that is charged for such service you're better off just booking a cab tbh ://

I updated the app, and when i try to open it now, it opens the app and leads to a page which says "new update is available" with a "update app" cta that leads back to the play store. No way to get into the App now. Something is broken guys.
