About this app

DiveKit is an offline logbook for the service and inspection dates on your dive
kit. It keeps the record you need when a shop asks, and tells you what is coming
up before a trip rather than after it.

WHAT IT DOES

• Track every piece of kit — regulator, BCD, cylinders, dive computer, suit,
torch and the rest — with brand, model, serial number, purchase date and photos.

• Two service clocks per item. Set an interval in months, in dives, or both.
Whichever runs out first is the one DiveKit counts, so a regulator that has done
150 dives in eight months is flagged even though the year is not up.

• Cylinder inspections tracked on their own clocks: visual inspection (VIP) and
hydrostatic test, with editable intervals because the rules differ by region.

• Nitrox cylinders carry an O2 clean clock as well.

• Fill-Ready shows a cylinder's VIP, hydro and O2 clean dates with two separate
verdicts, air and nitrox, because fill stations check them separately.

• A due list of everything approaching or past its date, soonest first.

• Log dives as a simple count and they feed the usage clocks.

• Reminders 30 days before anything falls due.

• Gear Service Report PDF: every item, its clocks and its full service history.

• Gear Passport PDF for a single item, for resale or an insurance claim.

• CSV export of your inventory and your service history.

• Works offline. Your records stay on your device.

WHO IT'S FOR

Certified divers who own their kit and would rather not find out at the fill
station that a cylinder is out of test. Also useful if you want documented
service history to support a resale, or an inventory with serial numbers for
insurance.

WHAT IT IS NOT

DiveKit is not a dive log. It does not record depth, bottom time, gas mixes or
buddies. Dedicated dive logs do that far better, and this app stays focused on
service and inspection dates.

DiveKit helps you keep service records and reduces the risk of a missed
inspection. It does not certify equipment safety and does not replace
manufacturer service requirements or the judgement of a qualified technician.
