I have gradually experienced more issues as time has passed. First I noticed a gradual increase in the load times. Now I cannot connect remotely as I receive and offline message. I know it is online. Recently I began having issues with the box and the images blinking. Must be a local supply issue.

I have installed the R series cameras with the recorder. I am well pleased with the phone app to access the cameras and to the recordings. Easy access and clearly defined. Still getting use to the desktop version but it is good as well. Great system for the total investment.

I have a Samsung, I can not view in landscape mode. My business partners have iphones, they have no problem viewing in landscape. When I view the saved footage on my phobe, I can only view in a tiny box of 4 squares. Three squares are empty. App is just not user friendly. Very little info is available for help.
