What happened to clubkonnect app, I'm trying to login my details and they are telling me that the details are incorrect, this morning. Last night I transferred money to my wallet once and they debited twice without seeing the money in my wallet. Now I can't login. I clicked on forgot password, is saying my email is not registered.

The app experience was going smoothly until I recorded three failed data purchase transaction. They'll tag the purchase as received yet the data wouldn't be credited. I'm disappointed and completely tired of making personal refunds for your error. At this point it's safe to uninstall the app.

I recharged #100 yesterday night and was debited and the worst part of it is that I've not been refunded after 24hrs and this ain't the first time! The other time I paid for a recharge the money hanged I tried calling the customer care only for them to be wasting my money with voice messages! I think you guys should step up and refund all my money. I bought credit three times around 12 am, I was debited but it didn't appear in the MTN account after almost 5hrs later! Is this not stealing?
