Ratings and reviews

The service is good, but I suggest one improvement. If a user moves a certain distance away from the bike (e.g., 200m), the system could auto-return the ride. This would prevent errors and unnecessary charges. In Europe, services like Bolt, Tier, and Lime already use similar geofencing to end rides automatically, which helps reduce disputes and extra fees. I hope this app can also add such a feature.

its not in your best interest but you guys should have ratings and show previous comments by riders on each bike. that way we know whether to ride it or not. there's been many times that ive unlocked a bike, just to find out that the brakes dont work properly or pedal doesn't move and more.

prices have risen like 4x in the last 3 months. also I noticed today that I have earned a couple points over the last few months but they got expired without me being given a chance to use them. I have used the app everyday this last month. I do not trust the new membership package either, the swap program also offered sweet looking deals until I found hidden expenses that made it way more unaffordable.. I hope they can be more transparent
