About this app

If your 'destination' in Life is Happiness, Health, Wealth & great Relationships, it's important to know your starting point. You can not plan a journey without first knowing your exact location. Your W.O.L is like a snapshot of your current situation, right now. As you are clear & aware about the starting point of your journey, you can more easily plan the road map, to the Life you want & deserve.

People often get stuck in Life, because they feel overwhelmed or powerless to take action. The WOL is designed to help you focus on just the one or two areas of your Life, that you need to prioritise, in order to take action NOW!!

Instructions - The best way to get an accurate snap shot of where you are now, is to honestly rank yourself, on a scale of 1-10, where you feel you are, in each of the following core categories of Life:

* Health
* Wealth
* Business
* Personal Development
* Fun
* Romance
* Physical Environment
* Family & Friends

Once completed, you simply observe your WOL. If you see that some areas of your Life scored very LOW, then that is an indication of where you could focus your energy, to start taking positive action, right now. Think about the wheel of a car. If the wheel isn't 'balanced', your journey to your destination will be an uncomfortable & difficult one. It's the same with your WOL. You want it to be balanced, and you want it to GROW !!

The WOL Coaching tool can be used by ANYONE, and is especially useful for Personal Development & Growth, Coaching, Action Planning, Prioritising & much much more.
