The ap itself is fine and I don't have any problems. THe problem I have is I'm simply trying to get logged on with my new phone and it asks me for a mobile key. I've now been on the phone with Comcast for an hour, been transferred 5 times and wound up with the 1st person I initially talked with who couldn't help me! Most of the agents didn't even know what SmartOffice is! And then they don't know how to get me transferred to SmartOffice support or have a phone# to give me. By far the WORST phone customer service!
