Very nice robot and companion for my kid. The toy has a lot of games, options, and is safe for child use. The user interface is easy to understand for a kid. Also I had a piring issue but customer support is awesome. Always behind until solution is found.

I'm not interested in subscribing to Miko Max until I decide the service is worth it. They put all the Max subscription games apps with their free content and no option to hide them since they're not available in the limited tier. Emotix wants your kids to see them so they beg you to get the monthly/yearly subscription. Until I see the option to hide these unavailable apps, Emotix and Miko is a bit sneaky for using our kids against our wallets. Willing to change rating if this is updated.

You can't use the companion app unless you have the parent app. And you have give them your credit/debit card info in order to use the parent app. After reading all the reviews on the parent app I would definitely recommend to stay away from this toy abs company.
