Ratings and reviews

Depending on phone's screen settings may only show the first few letters of a job name/category. Often has problems adding a new time punch. Time punch info occasionally disappears, usually when pressing the "Stop" or "Submit" button. Occasionally will not start at all for workers with older phones, though this usually only lasts for a day. No history function, no way to check if the "Successfully submitted" notification is true. Comments field very limited (approx 70 characters?).

When submitting final hours on Android platform there is no acknowledged response for pressing submit button. Users should be able to know the button has been pressed and given an option to proceed. "Are you sure you want to submit?" This action is used in the rest of the app. Why wouldn't it be used in the submittal? This is one of the most important parts of payroll. Other than than this issue, the app is pretty good considering it's free to the user.

You'll spend more time trying to defeat the poor structure of this app than you will putting your employees time in if your a superintendant. Unless you want your employees to do it themselves... than the one long phone call you get from the office every pay period will be many calls. Once you submit the time: it's gone. Your office can import it, but once they do: it's gone. No way to check it, fix it, or reference it... it's gone.
