Philips Home Access App lets you easily and securely control and monitor all your devices. You can use the Philips Home Access App to control connected smart lock and other Philips Home Access devices,and even control connected devices remotely.

Does not receive notifications if left unused for a while. the smart door lock is often disconnected despite of having wifi bridge. Have to reset the smart deadbolt and register all process again. Also, the app somehow travel into future and log one of my activity as it happens in 2025. Its also difficult to access log when you have multiple devices. You have to go thru every single device to check if there is log for the device.

Works well overall. App can sometimes glitch requiring you to restart it. It sometimes incorrectly tracks whose code was utilized in the activity log. It does get the job done though.

The app is useless unless you're standing in the same room as the lock it will not connect. The app was the reason I purchased the lock, now it's being returned
