I have been waiting 11 days for the company to fix the game malfunction. I purchased the golden ticket on the festival pass, and it is still locked. I cannot access any of the perks for the golden ticket or the items that you receive for passing levels. I have sent in my receipt of purchase and sent two detailed issue messages. The second one was at the company's request and still nothing. At this point I have lost interest in even playing the game, which is a loss for me because I loved it

if you're like me and got sick of merge mansion and its complete lack of any follow through, i think this game is for you. while i don't think the story is all that much stronger, the gameplay feels a lot better to sit through because of the additional mini-games you get. they feel well thought out in a way that a lot of merge mansion's events did not

I love this game but after one of the major updates, it won't stop crashing and rolling back my progress. It's frustrating especially since I would have the unlimited energy for a set time activated and the time would run out, the game would crash, and I would have lost all my progress. It is extremely discouraging and demotivating to wanting to play this game.
