App freezes causing errors, it's happened a few times that the app as frozen at the car wash charging for an unwanted wax option. There should be a double verification that we want this option added, and customer service refuses to refund the extra charge taken without permission. It happened a few times, and it seems they don't want to fix this issue, disregarding comments and also disrespecting Quebec laws under l'office de la protection du consommateur.

It's convenient, but the price of a subscription is more than you'd pay for 1 car wash a week, and it has functions that regularly don't work and which take forever to get fixed. For instance, right now, the "Mobile Activated Wash" just hasn't worked for about 3 months.

several times was not able to get a code. keeps telling me I have used my 2 wash without getting one. I will cancel this service. Also had to pay at the door because in line and your application did not work
