No longer can I use Bio for logging in. Every time I try, I get there is no Bio on this device. I can use it with all my other log ins with no problem. I contacted customer support and was told you can just click on the screen. I removed the App. Every since these last couple of changes, the App doesn't work right.

loading screen of death. Got pulled over and couldn't load my insurance. Why am I paying for this if you are unreliable? Fix this or I gotta cancel

after the last update. I was not able to get past the load screen. I uninstall and reset my phone. after the reinstall. I get the same (leading) screen.
