You access, wherever you are, and whenever you want, different services to manage your credits independently and in complete security. For example :
• Log in to your customer area by fingerprint or facial recognition for equipped devices.
• Access your customer area wherever you are. Practical for staying informed.
• Increase the amount of your available credit. Is your available amount not enough to carry out your project? You can request to increase it directly from your application. (subject to acceptance by Cofidis. You will then receive a new contract which you must return to us completed, dated and signed for final acceptance).
• Change your collection date. Between the 5th and the 12th of the month.
• Carry out a new project. Auto, work, travel, decoration…. All our credit solutions (**) are available via the application. (** Subject to acceptance by Cofidis. You will then receive a new contract which you must return to us completed, dated and signed for final acceptance).
• Secure your sensitive operations for more security in your financial transactions (DSP2).
• View the account statement for your revolving credits from your application.
• View the details of your credit: the subscription date, the amount, the rate and all other information that may be useful to you.
• Modify your personal information in the event of a change (address, mobile number, family situation, etc.)

The Cofidis application is dedicated both to our customers and to those who wish to become one. No need to have Cofidis credit to benefit from this application.

This application is only accessible to users from France.
How to log in?
You will need your customer ID. Made up of 9 digits, you will find it on your account statement (top left) or in your letters. Unique and personal, each borrower and/or co-borrower has their own identifier number.
If you have forgotten your username and/or password, you can click on “Forgotten username? » and/or on “Forgot your password? » from your customer area or from your Cofidis application.
You will be able to receive your username and/or password by SMS. To do this, it is necessary to have communicated your mobile phone number to Cofidis and to ensure that you have access to your operator's network.
Otherwise, you can request to receive them by mail.
Please note: even for the first connection, you can use the “Forgotten password” functionality.

You can provide us with information enabling us to process your request: connection identifier, first and last name. But remember that your password is strictly confidential.
COFIDIS uses analytical tracers to establish statistics, volumes of visits and use of the various elements of its application (content visited, routes, etc.) in order to improve its ergonomics and interest, or even to detect malfunctions.
