I have only been abe to access the app once since I installed it a year ago. At first, it wouldn't open at all, then months later it did open, but when I tried to log in, it would give a casino server error and would not log in. Then, a couple more months later, I was able to log in once, and then after that, it went back to not opening at all. This is not a good app at all.

So to even log in to the app for the first time, you have to have your player card number to do so. If you don't have your card handy, you have to go into the casino and get another player's club card. If just trying to set up an account on this app is that much of a hassle, that doesn't say much for the app.

I've been waiting for MNGE to get an app for the players cards. Unfortunately they haven't ironed out the kinks yet. App store for Apple version of this app has 4.9/5 stars. So we must be getting the ugly step child treatment 🤷‍♀️ I can't even open it. It crashes immediately upon trying to open. Says app was just updated a couple weeks ago so I have no idea what's going on. Might edit review upon app update. Hopefully they'll get it figured out.. soon.
